The trucks are fitted with Spark Arrestor Exhaust, Earthing, Fire Extinguisher, First Aid Kit, Bleeder point 15 meters from the truck and DOSH certified tank. The vacuum tank will undergo government statutory inspection every 15 months in which we will bring down the truck for maintenance. During maintenance all pressure relieves valves and pressure gauges will be serviced by a third party and issued with a certificate.

For the mild steel truck, we will clean internal tank, power brush and recoat with a protective coating paint. DOSH personnel will inspect and issue a new certificate in order for us to operate the trucks for another 15 months.

Our personnel who operate the truck and pump are highly trained and have more than 5 years of experience working with us. They also will have to go for an annual medical checkup and have Oil and Gas Safety Passport (OGSP).
